Location: Bolton Head Office (minimum 3 days per week)

Hours: 30 – 37.5 per week

Salary: Competitive

What You’ll Do

  • Manage Area Care Team Leaders and ensure high standards of care.
  • Train nurses to train their teams and carry out observations.
  • Build strong relationships with commissioners and support service growth.
  • Attend regional meetings and stay up to date with legislation, employment rights, care changes, and CQC requirements.
  • Collaborate with the COO, Head of HR, and Head of Stewardship & Communications.

What We’re Looking For

Band 6 nurse with clinical experience in:

  • Tracheostomy care
  • NP suction
  • Enteral tube feeding
  • TPN
  • Excellent communicator and collaborator with a passion for developing people and building team capacity.

  • Able to attend Head Office at least 3 days per week.

  • Holds a full driving licence and own car with business-use insurance.

  • Registered Children’s Nurse (RSCN/RN Child) with proven leadership experience in community or complex care settings.

  • Strong understanding of clinical governance and safeguarding.

  • Committed to family-centred, inclusive care, and able to think strategically while taking a hands-on approach.
